Our team of professionals is there to ensure smooth implementation and attendees’ happiness.
Our on-site staff will help you issue and collect the iPads from your attendees. We will clean and charge the iPads to full battery before your event. After your event, we will factory reset the iPads to ensure that your data remains private and confidential.

Our talented designers will infuse your brand elements into Micepad to make it look exclusive to your company.
You will be assigned an account manager to ensure a smooth deployment of Micepad from pre-event content entry to on-site facilitation and post-event reports.
We’re constantly deploying Micepad all over the world with different country managers and partners. To date, we have deployed Micepad at over 100 meetings across 9 cities internationally.
Full Control Access
We make it flexible for you to moderate messages and add content on your own using our simple and intuitive administrator dashboard. Uploading a last-minute slide or creating a new poll is just a click away.
Our first priority will be assigning a micepad account manager to your event. After that, we will set up a kick off meeting with you to understand your objectives, share how we can value-add and configure the features necessary for your event.
Once we have gotten your requirement, the micepad team will work on a working version of micepad that you can try it out with your team. You can also easily upload or manage content changes and check on the device to make sure it’s all up to date.
The micepad team manages the labor-intensive event logistics so that your team can stay focused on more strategic activities during the event.
Our account manager will send a complete report of all data captured, including attendee survey report and all photos that were shared by the attendees. You can find a meaningful post-event report detailing event performance and various insights for your post event evaluation, as well as to help prepare for your next event.
